A sauna session (also often referred to as a sauna ritual, aromatherapy session or sauna ceremony) is a specially prepared sauna show conducted by a so-called Saunamaster. In addition to just warming up the body, guests can expect elements of ritual, aromatherapy and hot air distribution techniques using a towel or fan.
The sauna ceremony deepens the beneficial effects of the sauna: detox, improved circulation or better oxygenation and mental relaxation. It’s also a good opportunity for integration – because it’s often a shared group experience!

The person conducting the screenings may change. In exceptional circumstances, the screening may be canceled - please follow the information on our social media.
Each day we run 4 sessions every 45 minutes.
You don’t have to make a reservation – any guest who has purchased entry to the sauna can take part in the ceremonies.
Remember also that reservation is not a guarantee of a seat. In the sauna (in which aroma sessions are done) at exceptionally high traffic, the sauna master reserves the right to limit the number of people for a given session.
A mental reset just 80 meters from the Baltic Sea. Music, lights and scents will make the sauna a delightful spectacle.
