Terms and conditions for the use of the sauna area and sprinkler platform under Limitless by Autopay

(“Regulations”)

§ 1

1. Sauna Area (hereinafter referred to as “Saunas“) and the sprinkler platform (fountain basin) are located on the premises of the facility at 5 Hestii Street in Sopot (hereinafter referred to as “Object“).
2. These regulations establish:
   1. Rules for the use of the Saunas and the sprinkler platform by persons who have purchased a pass or single entry to the Saunas (hereinafter referred to as “Users“),
   2. and the general rules of behavior of Users in the Facility .
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, when using the Saunas, it is imperative to follow the instructions for use, instructions and information provided by an employee of the Facility.
4. Sauna fee is charged according to the current price list.
5. The fee referred to in paragraph 3 above includes the use of the sprinkler platform.
6. The current price list is available at the Facility and on the website at: www.sopotlimitless.pl.
7. Before purchasing a pass or single entry, a user of the Facility is required to read the Rules and Regulations.
8. The purchase of a pass or single entry to the Sauna is tantamount to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

§ 2

1. The use of the Saunas and the sprinkler platform is permitted only to persons who are at least 18 years of age, subject to paragraph 7 below, and whose health and well-being so permit – in particular to healthy persons or persons whose ailments do not constitute contraindications to the use of the Saunas.
2. It is absolutely forbidden to use Saunas and the sprinkler platform for:
   1. women during menstruation and pregnancy,
   2. people with cancer,
   3. people with acute rheumatic conditions,
   4. people with pulmonary infections, such as the common cold, tuberculosis, as well as those with acute asthma,
   5. people with heart, circulatory or coronary insufficiency,
   6. people with hypertension,
   7. people with thrombophlebitis,
   8. people with epilepsy or claustrophobia,
   9. people suffering from reduced adrenal cortex function and hyperthyroidism and myxedema,
   10. people suffering from psychotic illnesses,
   11. people with acute and semi-acute skin inflammations, ulcers, tumors, as well as skin allergies,
   12. people suffering from severe vegetative disorders of the central nervous system with severe cardiovascular disorders.
3. The User, deciding to use the services provided at the Facility, declares full physical and health capacity to use the Saunas and the sprinkler platform and is responsible for the state of his/her health. If the User has any doubts about the absence of contraindications to use the Saunas, he should seek medical advice from a competent specialist in this regard.
4. Any health problems or deterioration of well-being should be reported immediately to the Facility staff.
5. If an employee of the Facility determines that the User’s health condition is a contraindication to the use of the Saunas or the sprinkler platform, he/she has the right to refuse to provide the service or to discontinue the service.
6. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges that the temperature in the Saunas reaches 90°C.
7. Persons over the age of 1 and under 18 may use the Saunas and the sprinkler platform only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
8. The condition for the use of Saunas by the person referred to in paragraph 7 above is that his/her parent or legal guardian makes a statement that he/she has read the Regulations and submits it to an employee of the Facility. A model of the statement is attached as an Appendix to these Regulations.

§ 3

1. Alcoholic beverages, smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the Saunas.
2. In the common areas of the Facility, especially on the beach, in the restaurant and in the passageways, on the sprinkler platform, excluding the Saunas and showers, you must cover your body with a towel, including covering the intimate parts of the body.Outside the Saunas, it is prohibited to move naked or topless.
3. Users are required to maintain order and cleanliness of the room in use.
4. The operation of the equipment located in the Saunas, in particular the regulation of the heating of the furnace, may be handled only by employees of the Facility.
5. The regulation of the temperature in the Saunas, in particular the regulation of the heating of the furnace, may be handled only by employees of the Facility.
6. The contractual penalty for unauthorized interference with the operation of the Sauna equipment or changing the temperature parameters in the Saunas is PLN 5,000 (five thousand Polish zloty) for each case of violation of the provisions of paragraph 4 or 5 above.
7. Running is categorically prohibited in the Saunas and the sprinkler platform. For safety reasons, Users are required to move around the Facility in swimming shoes or disposable flip-flops.
8. The following are prohibited:
   1. entering the Sauna area in clothes and shoes (swimming shoes must be left immediately before entering the Sauna area),
   2. performing cosmetic treatments in Saunas,
   3. loud talking, shouting and other behavior that may disturb other Users,
   4. Bringing into and using your own liquids, essences, oils or other similar substances the Sauna area,
   5. Bringing into and consuming your own food and drinks in the Sauna area,
   6. Bringing into the Sauna area and using there glass, porcelain and other objects that can pose a danger to other Users, in particular glass containers, pressure containers, including deodorants, hairspray, etc., as well as knives and other sharp objects,
   7. Bringing valuables into the Sauna area,
   8. Behaviors generally considered indecent or offensive that may cause embarrassment to others, in particular, acts that may be treated as indecent within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of May 20, 1971 – Code of Offenses (Journal of Laws 1971 No. 12 item 114 as amended),
   9. Destroying and damaging Sauna equipment,
   10. moving and touching the stove and stones located in the Sauna area,
   11. Bringing animals into the Facility.

§ 4

1. The User acknowledges that:
   1. they ought not to eat a heavy meal before using the Saunas,
   2. they ought not to exercise before using the Saunas,
   3. they ought not to use the Saunas on an empty stomach,
   4. It is absolutely forbidden to use the Saunas after drinking alcohol,
   5. they ought not to use Saunas before strenuous physical exercise.
2. Before entering the Saunas the User should:
   1. Remove all metal objects, as they can become a cause of burns to the body,
   2. Remove glasses and contact lenses,
   3. Thoroughly wash the body under the shower, and then dry it with a towel,
   4. Warm the feet with warm water.
3. The user acknowledges that:
   1. Saunas should be used in a towel or cotton costume,
   2. In Saunas, a towel should be placed under the body (including under the feet) so that no part of the body comes into contact with the wooden surface,
   3. If you feel unwell during your stay in the Saunas, immediately press the emergency button located near the door,
   4. Sauna bathing should be started from the benches located low, gradually and depending on your mood moving to higher ones,
   5. In Saunas, behave quietly and with dignity, avoid loud conversations, swearing, discussions,
   6. Saunas are a place of tranquility,
   7. to raise the humidity in the cabin, you can pour water on the stones with the addition of fragrance oils available in Saunas,
   8. The activity referred to in letter g above can be performed only after prior agreement of this activity with other Users,
   9. The User is to exit the Saunas in a relaxed manner, with about 2 minutes in a sitting position after laying down in the Sauna to prevent fainting,
   10. After leaving the Saunas, the User should gradually cool the body by pouring cold water, starting from the feet towards the heart, while not pouring cold water on the heated head,
   11. After leaving the Saunas, the User should rest for 20 to 30 minutes. In addition, it is advisable to drink about 0.5-1 l of mineral water or juice,
   12. After leaving the Saunas, the User should wash their body thoroughly under the shower, and then dry with a towel.
4. In the locker room of the Facility there are deposit lockers where it is possible to leave small items.
5. The deposit for the issued locker key in the locker room is 50 PLN. The deposit is not refunded if the key is lost.
6. The Facility staff is not responsible for items left in the Saunas or in the locker room.
7. Valuable items should be stored in the safety deposit locker available in the restaurant at the Facility.

§ 5

1. Any comments or concerns regarding the use of the Saunas or the sprinkler platform should be reported to the Facility staff or to the following email address: kontakt@sopotlimitless.pl.
2. Any accidents and damages sustained should be reported immediately to the Facility staff.
3. The Facility staff is not responsible for accidents or damages caused by the User’s failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations or the directions of the Facility staff.
4. In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of these Rules and Regulations or the instructions of the Facility staff, the User may be asked to leave the Saunas or the shower platform or removed from the Saunas or the shower platform by the Facility staff without the right to claim a refund of previously paid fees and costs incurred.
5. In the event that a User is presumed to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, or his/her behavior endangers the safety or comfort of other Users or the Facility staff, a Facility employee may refuse to allow the User to use the Saunas or the shower platform.
6. The user shall be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the Saunas and equipment located in the Facility or resulting from improper behavior while using the equipment in the sprinkler platform.
7. The User’s liability referred to in paragraph 6 above includes, in particular, damages caused by the owners of the Facility, employees of the Facility and other Users.
8. Persons who have previously violated the Rules and Regulations may be denied re-entry to the Saunas or the shower platform area by the Facility staff.
9. Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for persons under their care during their stay at the Facility, including any damage caused by them.
10. These Regulations are effective as of 09/01/2024 (September 1st, year twenty twenty-four).
